A comment on that post could win you a $50 Quietfire Design Gift Certificate!
Never seen before on my desk-clear stamps!!
I'm teachable!
There is a Quietfire Digital post today too, if you have time, I love you to visit.
(spoiler alert- it has lots of glitter)
Shout out to DD who sent me the botanical line drawing book for my birthday.
If you think you "can't draw" I highly recommend it.
You CAN draw.
I promise you if you draw- and keep it simple -15 minutes a day you will begin to say nice things about your drawing within the week.
Faeries abound!

Life has been challenging recently.
Some thoughts ..
(with thanks to Jack Kornfield)
When times are uncertain, difficult, fearful, full of change,
This is  the perfect time to practice  awakening.
Experiencing difficulty…whatever your point of view,
Take time, quiet the mind, and tend to the heart.

Then go out and look at the sky.
Remember vastness, there are seasons to all things,
Seasons of gain and loss,
Of praise and blame,
Of expansion and contraction.

Learn from the trees.
Practice equanimity and steadiness.
Remember the timelessness, amidst it all.
Think of the best of human goodness.
Be, to the best of your ability, in the present moment, integrity with your thoughts, words and deeds.
Integrity in speech and action, virtue and non-harming bring blessings.

Remember the Truths, no matter the politics or the season.
Greed, hatred and ignorance cause suffering.
Let them go.
Love, generosity and wisdom bring the end of suffering.
Nurture them.
Hold these words in your heart:
“Hatred never ends by hatred but by love alone is healed.
This is the ancient and eternal law.”
The human heart has freedom in itself to choose love, dignity and respect.
In every circumstance, embody respect and cultivate compassion for all.

Be the Light. Be Brave.
In the midst of change, shine with courage and trust.

Love. Love people just as they are, as you are. We all want to be happy.
This is your world. Our world.

Plant seeds of goodness and water them everywhere.
Then blessings will grow for yourself and for all.

And now let our paths cross joyfully in desker world!
